How Do I access the Juniper Lab?
Accessing juniperlab.net equipment is easy! All you need to do is power on your equipment via our remote power board http link and telnet to the appropriate devices. Once you have booked your lab time we will send you your username, password and detailed user guide on how to do all of this.

I prefer to be sitting in front of the equipment, can I still do this?
Yes, however additonal charges will apply for class room rental.

Can I book the lab for 24hrs?
Yes, as the labs are available in 8 hour blocks or you can purchase in 1 day blocks, 1 week blocks etc.

If I am having an issue with a specific configuration task can I contact someone to help me?
Yes, we are available to answer any questions relating to the equipment and any study questions that you may have. For more details, please refer to our section on mentoring.

How similar is the juniperlab.net setup to the JNCIP lab?
We have 1 set of equipment which we can quickly configure for JNCIP, JNCIE exam study or as per your liking (pending interfaces) all Juniper devices contain the following PICs - Fast Ethernet, ATM Sonet, and Tunnel interfaces.

What do I do if I have technical difficulties accessing the equipment?

Do you provide training courses?
No, juniperlab.net does not run training courses, however we recommend Crystal Echo who offer a wide range of Juniper Certification and technology specific courses.
